Outside to Inside

We’ve put the finishing touches on the outside of the house, and we’ve moved inside to complete the insulation and drywalling. We use spray foam insulation—the very best way to keep a house warm during Edmonton winters!

Roof shakes, heating and more

It’s been a busy couple of weeks around here. After finishing the roof shakes and basement floor we started on the heating work and fireplace. The stone tiles and arches are also moving along. Check back again soon!

Weeping Tiles to Framing

Since our last post we’ve completed and had approved the weeping tile, service line, and utility line. Soon after these were passed we completed the back fill and now we’ve moved on to the framing. More to come soon!

Basement Forms and Walls

We’ve been hard at work putting in the forms and pouring the concrete for the basement walls. Finishing these walls give us the first sense of the house as it slowly takes shape.

Digging In
